Nordic Customer Service or Finance Expert
Our client has multiple opportunities for fluent Nordic speakers.
As a strong Customer Service / Finance (PtP, OtC, GL, part-qualified) expert, you will be joining an expanding team within a leading Multi-national based in Cork. Our client, is a leader in its field and is seeking a passionate Customer Service or Finance expert who will liaise directly with clients, local & remote based internal expert teams. You will be part of a wider regional business team based in Cork.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service or finance expert expert:
- Oversee & manage direct queries from key clients across EMEA
- Ensure all queries are managed in a timely fashio
- nSolution driven – look for out of the box solutions to day to day escalations
- Analyse data on a weekly basis
- Lead other resources on the team
- Keep local Leadership updated on process & any escalations
- Develop excellent working relationships with key clients
- Work as part of a cross functional business team in Ireland and globally
- 3+ years strong Finance (PtP, OtC, GL, part-qualified) or Customer Management experience
- Excellent customer service experience ideally from a multi-national organisation
- Excellent systems skills – Oracle, SAP is an advantage
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, additional fluency is an advantage
- Degree level
